My wife Rhonda, and I serve together as Young Adult Sunday School teachers and facilitate Zion;s couples ministry. I also serve on the security ministry. I serve as the minister who oversees the transportation and Silver and Golden Age ministries. Charles Frisby Hello, Im Charles Frisby, I am married to the lovely Marsha Frisby. B.U.I.L.D. is a ministry designed to take the church outside the walls into the community to take a leadership role in social issues, to proclaim a vision out of God's love that will empower us to fight for the disadvantaged, working and middle class in the community and in Baltimore City.   Meeting: Meets on an as needed basis to support the B.U.I.L.D Agenda.

The COP-Z of Zion Baptist Church will ensure the safety of our disciples while going to and from various church services/activities whether on church premises or at visiting locations. We will also witness to individuals in the community that we encounter in the pursuit of our mission.

Deaconess Ministry Mission Statement: The Deaconess Ministry will assist the Pastor and Deacons with Baptism, Holy Communion, Funeral Services, Baby Dedications, Weddings, and visiting the sick and shut-in disciples. We will also assist the women of the church when they need spiritual direction and support.

Deacons Ministry The Pastor is God's appointed leader of the church. The Deacon is God's appointed servant of the church. Deacon's Mission Statement: The Deacons' will assist the Pastor with worship services, provide support during the Baptism Ceremony, and assist in serving Holy Communion. We will also provide support during Home-going services and will visit the sick and shut-in disciples and assist the Pastor in keeping a watchful eye on the church discipleship. As Deacons of Zion Baptist Church, we will strive to be imitators of God as dear children and walk in love as Christ also has loved us and given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God. So shall we give ourselves to the Lord, our Pastor, the disciples of this church and the community/world that we may walk worthy of the calling with which we were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with long-suffering, bearing with one another in love. We shall endeavor to keep the unity of the spirit, in the bond of peace as servants of God. We are one body and one spirit.

The purpose of this ministry is to follow God’s word and serve in whatever way the Lord guides us. We will offer aid, comfort, and love to others not only in times of grief and sorrow but in times of joy as well.

The church nurse may be called upon to provide a variety of services for the congregation relating to their health. We will be a vital force in the delivery of health programs and services to the church disciples and to the surrounding community.

This Ministry will commit us to participate in exploringdisciplines in being single. We will learn how to become secure in our singleness by establishing an identity of purpose in self and Christ; and address the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the single body and emerge into the universal body of Christ.

The Men of Unity Ministry seeks to mold men and allow them to develop to be men of Christ.

The Ministry of Healing is to minister to the physical, emotional, and spiritual well‑being of church members, families and communities who are struggling with addiction.   Meeting: Every Thursday from 6:00 p.m. ‑ 7:30 p.m.

The ministry will proclaim and teach the Doctrines of Christ, spread the Gospel to win souls, and minister to the spiritual and physical needs of our church, family and the community/world to make disciples through unity of purpose and oneness in faith and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To fulfill the mandate in Matthew 28:18‑20, given to us by Jesus Christ.   Meeting: Saturday at 10:30 a.m. ‑ 12:00 p.m. for training and witnessing  Every 2nd Saturday at 2:00 p.m. for evangelism at a nursing home

The Pastor’s Support Ministry will minister to the needs of the Pastor and his family.

The mission of Project 4 Life is to promote the physical, psychological and spiritual growth of individuals infected and affected by HIV/AIDS through HIV counseling, testing, referrals, and support groups. Meeting: 4th Monday of each month - 5:30-8 PM

This ministry is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to incarcerated men and women, ex-offenders and their families in a Christ like manner. The ministry will also address their physical and spiritual needs through education, mentoring, counseling, and other supportive services. Meeting: Every 3rd Friday of each month at 6:30 PM. Alternate date – 4th Friday at 6:30 PM.

Sr. Usher's Ministry Mission Statement: Senior Usher Mission Statement: We the Senior Ushers Ministry will act as host for God.
